夜の10時に到着したところ、フロントは閉まっていて、ベルを鳴らしても応答無し。倒産しているのか、宿泊できなかった。キャンセル料の返金を望みます。

Objednávku jsem provedla na internetu na základě inzerovaných foto hotelu. Neodpovídají skutečnosti, pokoj byl na úrovni hodně používané ubytovny.Zdůvodnili stav pokoje, že jsou před a v době rekonstrukce hotelu. Jeli jsme s 2 dětmi a 3 dospělí, ale pokoj neodpovídal nabídce. Personál byl ale vstřícný a nabídl nám jiné ubytování ( To je pro ně plus.). Měli jsme pak k dispozici celé apartmá.

Proche du centre-ville historique et du parc, à pied. De supermarchés, aussi. Chambre normale, avec vu sur le parc. Close to historical down town and park by walk. To supermarkets, too. Normal room with view on the park.

Es lohnt sich das Hotel zu buchen

Waren auf Durchreise und haben ein gutes und preiswertes Hotel gefunden. Schade nur, daß die Nachttischlampen nicht angeschlossen waren, das Kabel war zu kurz. Frühstück war ausreichend.

Als durchreisende Gäste zwei mal das Hotel in ruhiger Lage gebucht und auch vorgefunden. Die Zimmer und sanitären Einrichtungen sind sauber. Die Betten fanden wir etwas hart, aber haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.Das angebotene Frühstück ist gut.

Sehr einfaches Hotel

Hotel? Selbst als eine Jugendherberge nicht zu empfehlen! - ganze Hotel wirkte ungepflegt - die Matratzen im Bett waren unbequem und laut - das Frühstück war schlecht! (aufgebacken Brötchen, instant Kaffee, abgelaufene Butter, usw. - keine Heizung im Bad - Bad wurde nicht aufgeräumt - Betten wurden nicht gemacht

Good value for money.

Needed an overnight stay after seeing an ice hockey match play at the arena. Location was ideal - 10 mins walk from train station and 10 mins walk to the arena. Hotel good value for money. Rooms basic but clean although thicker curtains needed for the windows to keep the morning sun out. Breakfast adequate. Restaurant was shut in the evening so we had to resort to getting things from the supermarket ( 10 mins away).
