"The Ibis De Haan is in a very quiet location about 1.5km outside the town and you can walk or drive to the beach. Breakfast is good with hot and cold offerings. We were lucky to have good weather and enjoy breakfast outside. The hotel was full and the staff worked hard to keep on top of everything - excellent. We did enjoy some drinks in the bar and had good information from reception about where to park in Bruges. The room was a little small for 2 with very little hanging and storage space and...

"The room was clean and well-equipped with quality products like Rituals shower gel. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. The location is great, with a few free parking spots available on a first-come, first-served basis and plenty of free street parking nearby. The only minor downside was the lack of complimentary coffee or tea in the room, which we’ve usually had in other hotels across Europe and Asia. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service."

"Pro: AC worked very well, bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Con: Towels didn’t smell fresh. Shower didn’t drain properly. Staff made us wait to ensure they got their money from Expedia which I thought was really weird. All attention at check out went there and they didn’t ask if we had enjoyed our stay."
