Trop simple et trop cher pour les services proposés. C’est clairement le lieu qui est facturé. Apres un séjour fantastique à Bruges (pour le meme prix) la veille, celui-la a été très décevant.

Leider nicht wie erwartet

Die Hotelbesitzer waren super lieb und konnten auch deutsch. Allerdings haben mich Dinge im Hotel gestört: Das Frühstück musste am Ende bezahlt werden. Das wurde nirgendswo erwähnt. Pro Person 50€ (unglaublich teuer dafür) Man konnte jeden Schritt im Hotel hören. Jeden Schritt, den die Personen im Treppenhaus oder sonstiges gemacht haben. Daher hatte man mittags keine Ruhe, wenn man mal im Hotel bleiben wollte. Man konnte also mittags nicht schlafen! Die Wände waren so dünn, dass nachts ständig die Gäste neben an kontinuierlich an unsere Wand geschlagen haben, damit wir ‚ruhig‘ sind. Dabei waren wir tatsächlich nicht laut. Wir haben einen Film in einer ganz normalen Lautstärke gegen 21 Uhr geschaut. Bettwäsche wurde auch nicht gewechselt. In der Buchung stand dass Stellplätze vorhanden sind für das Auto. Das war aber nicht die Wahrheit. Man kann neben den Häusern auf dem Rasen parken. Die Häuser gehören NICHT zum Hotel. Also sehr doof! Da man immer Angst hatte dass das Auto am nächsten Tag vielleicht abgeschleppt werden könnte.

Sehr hübsches familiengeführtes Hotel mit Charme

Wir waren vom 16. - 24. Okt. 2017 zu Gast in diesem in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegenen Hotel. Die relative Nähe zum Strand und zum Ortskern sind in der Summe wohl als optimal zu bezeichnen. Die Parksituation ist entspannt, da vor dem Hotel und in der Strasse immer genügend Platz vorhanden ist. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin kann man mit fug und recht als herzlich und kompetent bezeichnen. Sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Anliegen und hat uns so mach guten Tipp gegeben. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich das Bad - obwohl ebenfalls gut ausgestattet - fanden wir eine Idee zu klein. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig und ist mehr als reichhaltig. Stets war frisches Obst vorhanden und kleine Schmanckerl (z.B. selbst gebackenes nach Landesart) sorgten hin und wieder für eine Überraschung. Der ausreichend große Frühstücksraum ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wegen der großen Fensterfront angenehm hell. Zur guten Stimmung in diesem Raum trägt auch die angenehm dezente und gut ausgesuchte Musik bei. Der einzige Kritikpunkt soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Das Doppelbett verfügt nicht über eine durchgehende Matratze, was zur Folge hat, dass in der Mitte eine oft sehr breite "Ritze" entsteht in die man durchaus einsinken kann. Dennoch haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Le charme d'un accueil authentique

Charmant hôtel familial situé dans un quartier calme. Excellent accueil. Bon confort et belle décoration (photos). Les plus : authenticité et l'accueil, très belle décoration de tout l'établissement, les conseils donnés pour visiter la région. Les moins : chambre avec lits jumeaux alors que réservé pour lit double; l'établissement n'accepte pas la carte AMEX (ce qui de nos jours est rare dans l'hôtellerie européenne).

Perfekter Service in toller Lage

Das Hotel ist in de Haan ganz nah am Bahnhof und der Hauptstraße, aber dennoch ruhig. Parkplätze vor dem Haus, in der Garage oder hinter dem Haus öffentlich und kostenlos sind vorhanden. Man ist in 8 Min. zu Fuß am Strand und in 3 Min. im Park oder den ersten Restaurants. Im Garten ist ein kleiner Pool mit Liegen darum für ca. 8 Personen und im Winter gibt es wohl eine Sauna. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und lesen den Gästen den Wunsch von den Augen ab. Toll. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag etwas anders und alles ist super frisch gemacht, selbst das Brot ist selbst gebacken. Perfekt für längeren oder Kurzurlaub.

Tolles gemütliches und modernes Hotel

Man wird herzlich empfangen, das Zimmer war für meinen Kurzaufenthalt absolut perfekt. Leider war es noch zu kühl um die einladende Terrasse inkl. Pool zu geniessen, aber es sieht toll aus und ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt, um auch das zu geniessen. Insgesamt ist alles klein und gemütlich, aber sehr modern eingerichtet. Eine tolle Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Walking distance to everything

Beautiful, quaint hotel on a very quite street. Full of character and charm. Hostess was awe. Very helpful. Just minutes to beaches, shopping and transport.

Hervorragend geführtes Hotel in Strandnähe

Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Hotel Rubens und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Sabine und Bruno kümmern sich sehr nett um ihre Gäste. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten mit Swimmingpool (saisonal geöffnet) und schönen Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Bad hervorragend und alles sehr sauber. In ca. 10 min. ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Alles in Allem rundherum empfehlenswert.

Lovely small hotel in good location

We had a lovely stay in De Haan and the Hotel Rubens was great, close to the shops, restaurants, park and beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Our only slight issue was with sound proofing as we could clearly hear the TV from downstairs until quite late one night, hopefully our kids didn't disturb anyone else too much with their antics! We would definitely stay again if in the area on another occasion.
