「Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

「Exceptional! Hotel Van Cleef is pure magic. The divine hotel itself, the amazing staff, the location. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bruges is a magnificent town, and this hotel is the perfect place to stay there. 」

「The breakfast is so-so with very few choices of food. The location is convenient but quiet at night for a good sleep. The bed was comfortable and A/C is good and not too dry. However, the toilet is separate from the wash basin, so, a little bit inconvenient and non-hygenic. The phone inside the room was not yet connected, so, impossible to call room service or reception. There was an ipad in the room for leaving comment and other information, but we left comment to request for body lotion and no...

「Very relaxing hotel with great ambiance being surrounded by many period features. Our room at the top was very clean and tidy and worked very well. The breakfast was great with plenty of fruit, fresh orange juice and includes a cooked breakfast if you wanted. The gentleman looking after the breakfast supply was very attentive, thanks. The check in was easy and explained the special parking and where our room was very well. The Markt was only around 8-10 minutes walk at the most via the fish...
