「Excellent location, great view, nice staff, reasonable price. 」

「Staff very unpleasant. An outdoor pool was actually next door and we were not even told about its availability. Middle of night fire alarm that was false but apparently happens frequently. I was overcharged for 3 nights of parking. Breakfast was fine. Other than that, I would never stay there again. Disappointed with lack of interest in staff. Not even an apology for false fire alarm . Stairs for escape not safe. Apparent used by people not guests for hanging out.」

「First I want to say the staff was great! But this place is sad, the decor and common areas are shabby and in need of updates /repair. The pool is not desirable and we opted to not use it」

「The staff were very kind, respectful and helpful. The room was nice. The pool was not inviting at all. It was actually very disappointing. Charging travelers $16 for a continental breakfast, not cool. Other than that, the stay was nice.」

「The only reason I didnt give 5 Stars across the board was due to the ants that were in our bathroom when we returned from dinner our second night. The staff advised my husband that no one was on site that time of night to come and check it out and someone would come in morning. Well no one came before we checked out. During checkout I shared about the ants and the male at the counter replied, I’m sorry about that.」
