The good. Great location! Full ocean views. The staff I interacted with were very nice and accommodating. The bad. Rooms are pretty loud. Just mean that you can hear everything happening outside the room. There is a cooktop, but nothing you need to cook or eat. Not that big of a deal. Just bring stuff with you if you plan to cook or eat in the room.

The room was not clean! On the door paper covered the holes. My son said while he was in the room sleeping , he was awakened by a noise and it was a mouse. We went to talk to the manager bout the situation and he told us did we need to take a video. He assumed we were lying!! He did nothing to accommodate us! So we had to suffer for the rest of stay because they wouldnt give me a refund. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL IT IS FILTHY! AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN YOU WILL SEE WHAT IM TALKING BOUT. MY STAY WAS MARCH 19TH THROUGH MARCH 23RD 2026. FYI THE PICTURES ONLINE ARE NOT UPDATED PICTURES SO DONT BE FOOLED!

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Room overall was horrible. Dirty linens, no ice available. Dirty floors, dirty countertops. Empty shampoo dispenser. Overall very disappointing. Broken TV remotes. Toilet seat loose and sketchy.

The rooms wasn’t like the pictures the service was sorry everytime you asked for towels or sheets or for anything there was never any or they didn’t have access to it we had to go and buy our own stuff like blankets and towels and toilet paper the water stayed cold so we had to take cold showers the washers and ice machine was broken the service was just so bad the only thing that was good about the place was the view of the beach and they restaurants was walking distance I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there mainly if you have kids

Bare bones, but fine. The building is worn and dated, but bathroom was updated. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and very squeaky, but the room did the trip for a short weekend trip when we didn't need much.

Never had I had a bad experience in a hotel like this one. The curtain had blood stain mold on it. The couch smelt so bad it has so much stain on the cushions when we pulled out the sofa couch the smell was worse it had stains on so bad. The sheets were disgusting seems like nobody probably washed the sheets on the bed the air conditioning had so much dust on it seems like nobody had clean in years. We left because it was just so bad. Mind you when we first checked in we just drop our stuff and took a walk because we wanted to check out the area so we got back and that’s when we discovered all this. The front desk person responded when we ask can we get a refund or how would go about it is we could have gave you sheets for the sofa couch. How do you expected a guests to sleep on a mattress that has nasty stain and a bad smell to it

The room was horribly dirty. Stuff were so rude. Toilet wasn’t splashed in the water. I asked them how and they did not. They gave me a plumber . The room was smelling so bad and she’s sweating clean and there wasn’t even toilet paper in the bathroom. Terrible hotel I ever stayed

The front desk agents were extremely helpful and understanding. My stay was due to house renovation and they made checking in and anything else I needed very easy during a very stressful situation.

The location of the hotel was awesome. the room layout was great. The beds were very comfortable The cleanliness and the amenities left MUCH to be desired however. The overall condition of the building made me think their maintenance people had ADHD and were simply unable to finish any job completely. Example - bathroom had a lovely pedestal sink and well lighted vanity mirror, with two holes in the wall right next to it. Again, GREAT location and if that's all you want, this is the place for you. :)

The pictures posted of the hotel were "doctored" and very much misleading as to the cleanliness and overall image as a "resort" There was mold on several lampshades, dried crusty food on floors, baseboards and in microwave in kitchen. Neither of the two smoked detectors were on the wall or even in the room which is a very dangerous building code violation and unsafe for your guests especially with a stovetop appliance in the room. Graffiti on walls and furniture along with stained couch and bedding sheets that were present upon our arrival. There was also no table provided for the two chairs to eat from if we were to have actually used the dirty kitchen appliances. The shower curtain and rod were very rusty and dirty along with the grout that badly needed replaced. We could never have know this condition was this bad prior to arriving so could not have cancelled 3 days early based on this. We insist this be refunded entirely so we do not need to take this matter to the BBB and building code inspectors. Simply having the integrity as a business owner to make this terrible experience right would be the best thing you could do for us. Would definitely NEVER recommend this place under it’s current ownership until they invest in making the much needed repairs and cleaning before they keep your money for a room we couldn't stay in.

Shiwer curtain had mold on it, hot water was luke warm, mirror in den area was nor clean. There was a hole in the dwn area dloor ans two light bunls missing..also blood on the walls. Had i stayed another night i woils had asked for a new room, but i had am unforeseen situation come up that staff was aware of and checked out early They would not refund me. Also had a fraud alert on mt card i used to pay there the very next day. Have stayed here manu times before never had a room like this one or any fraud activity on my card.
