「I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time. Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year.」

「The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok.」

「Food good. Very friendly people. You can rent a stove and you can cook your own food. It's not a 5 star hotel but more of bedspace rental but just a place to sleep. The beach is good. Before you enter Blue Lagoon beach where this home stay is, you need to pay 20 pesos per person to enter the area. Money will go to the barangay, smallest unit of local government. Ask for receipt. They don't issue and refused to give us invoice for the 120 pesos we paid for. I will recommend the place...

「We stayed in a family room and it was an excellent choice for a group of five travelers. We have our own bed to retire at the end of a very tiring day of travel. Staff members are very accommodating for our needs. This is not a luxurious accommodation but if you are looking for clean room and facilities to retire at the end of the day, I highly recommend the place.」
