「Spacious very clean room, coffee maker,hot water boiler was well appreciated. Comfortable bed, beautiful seaview. Great breakfast buffet. Food ordered from the restaurant was delicious and affordable. Beautiful beach and pool. Staff at front desk, kitchen and housekeeping are very polite,helpful and goes above and beyond. Special thank you to the Manager who allowed us early check in, Chris who gave us a tour. David,Arman and the restaurant team are great workers.」

「Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. 」

「well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive.
The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old.
I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady.
The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath.
there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated...
