「3rd time staying at olana. Always pleasant staff and comfortable rooms 」

「The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The place is immaculate and the staff is amazing. The pool is fun and relaxing. Breakfast is better than average and the location is close to shops, shopping centre and restaurants. It was supposed to be a one night stay but I ended up booking 2 more nights. The hotel is luxurious and aptly named The Monarch Hotel. I would love to stay here again in the future.」

「My entire family really enjoys staying at this property because of the warm hospitality, delicious food, and excellent amenities. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic apologies if I’ve forgotten any names, but from the housekeeping and maintenance teams, everyone was welcoming and friendly.
