Amazing all around. Nearby Starbucks and McDonald's and grocery and shopping mall. Very comfortable beds and pillows, restaurant on ground floor for breakfast. The Padsan River in Ilocos Norte, Philippines is one of the best destinations for many locals especially summer. Tourists spend their leisure time here and enjoy the beauty of the river.
