"The property was lovely very clean and the rooms were spacious close waking distance to everything. The only downside was the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. They organised a SIM card for me which was great whilst in Ho Chi Minh but did not work anywhere else in Vietnam. They also charged $5usd for a plastic room key they never gave me. Such a shame such a beautiful property is lacking the service it deserves"

Property was clean and in good condition - had games room, pool table, foosball table and table tennis table for entertainment within the accommodation. Room service was good - staff were friendly and accommodated to requests even when late at night. Ordered room service once and the food was good - affordable and came in pretty decent portion. "
