The hotel is clean and room is spacious. I got a executive room but the executive lounge was closed permanently which is a disappointed. There is no need to pay more for executive room since there is no extra benefits in doing so.

Frühmorgens knapp 7 Minuten zum Flughafen

Wir haben das Hotel Visa aufgrund seiner Nähe zu Flughafen gewählt und haben dort wirklich nur gerade ein paar Stunden vor den frühmorgendlichen Abflug verbracht.Frühmorgens Abflug ab Saigon? Das Deluxe Zimmer im 9. Stock war grosszügig.

Horrible customer service at every level

My husband’s company hosted an event at this hotel so we decided to book a couple of nights here for convenience prior to returning home to the U.S. It was definitely not a good experience. The room was spacious, but very outdated. Normally, I could tolerate this if the customer service is good. However, the customer service here was awful. When we checked out of our room, we had tons of luggage. We called the front desk fod help, but no one picked up. When we finally managed to get all of our luggage downstairs, there were 4-5 employees just standing around shooting the breeze. They saw us struggle to get all of our luggage out of the elevator along with our two children, and just watched. When I approached the counter to check out, I informed the employee that no one had answered our call for luggage assistance. She didn’t even acknowledge my statement. I asked for a final receipt and they said that they don’t give receipts. They were extremely rude and discourteous and I will never recommend or stay here at this hotel again.

rate reasonable, cleans, location really good, close to air port, and the city, this closed to my wife family that really good for us, for someone else maybe you need to book hotels in the city so you don't have to travel to the city, specially Holiday season (Tet, or Christmas) time.

Hotel was good to very good. Centrally located. Only compliant is about the cost to stay at the hotel. You do not pay the price as advertised ... when making your booking be sure to add another $10 + for taxes etc...
