「So sad we chose this property!
A lovely escape turned into a horrible week.
The property was filthy when we arrived (5PM)
No cleaning was ever made. SAND everywhere: floor, in the kitchen sink, in the shower, inside the Closet Drawers! Hairs! Dirty windows, awful and I was charged 45 USD (cleaning fee).
I called the admins and sent pictures. They sent me a person against my will. I told them this was not acceptable. We needed to rest and eat so I asked them to move us to another property. We...
