Esencia hotel is a lovely, well-located, small boutique hotel. The rustic-modern style is charming. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The owners also have a nearby restaurant (Don Emelio) which I highly recommend as my dinner there was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The owners are very friendly and well-experienced in tourism and B&B management. The location was fantastic - close to the beach and many restaurants in a safe, quiet area. And they even have beautiful garden sitting areas.

Very nice place with excellent hosts.

Lovely, clean, comfortable place with really nice hosts. They were so helpful with restaurant reservations and tour reservations. The home is located in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a small boutique option.

This place was so cute and perfectly appointed, but most importantly Christian and Audri were the best hosts ever! They helped arrange transportation to wine country, art tours in Valpo, gave us details on how to best visit the sand dunes and made reservations at several amazing restaurants. Breakfast daily, clean, beautiful garden area in a quiet and convenient area - Just blocks from the beach!

An oasis in the city close to everything I wanted to experience. The room was comfortable and quiet with a great shower, breakfast was delicious, and the owners were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is a labor of love, painstakingly crafted from beautiful pieces of wood and art and interesting materials, lovely details everywhere. The owners Adri and Cris are as warm and hospitable as can be. The breakfast is fantastic, the beds are comfy, the location is perfect...definitely and highly recommend!
