「The hotel was cold, with no heaters in room (despite being advertised as having in the room). The bathroom was shared and the hot water was barely luke warm. Breakfast begins at 7am but as we were leaving for airport before 7am, the receptionist told me we couldn't have a pack breakfast (which other hotels have done for us) as breakfast is only tea or coffee and papaya juice.The walls are marked. Not all the lights worked. The only thing good about the hotel is the proximity to the airport and...

「The hotel itself was great, but we had a hiccup with the management as they insisted that we pay for the room after we showed them the receipt that we already paid with Expedia. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location.」

「The hotel was well located and well kept. The beds were nice and the continental breakfast was good. Cesar was wonderful! What a nice man and he was so helpful. Gave us ideas of things to do and helped us book a trip to the floating islands. Also helped us sort out the cryptic emails we received about our departing bus changes when we left. He was wonderful and made the stay much better」

「One step above camping. Cold at night sun hot in day, great if you want to do nothing all day. No drinks or snack bring you own, only Beer and water. I dont recommend familys 」
