Hotel is in a great area, rooms are clean, staff are great. We had a double on the 8th floor and the walls are really thin, so we had noise all night. This does not seem to be an issue in the lower floors.

Very central hotel (just minutes from the main square). Very close to restaurants and bars. It’s also accessible to the port to visit the Lake. Very nice people. The bar and restaurant are on the 10th floor which has a great view.

Meget god service. Yderst venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Rigtig god seng og dejlig morgenmad. Eneste minus var at der ikke var varmt vand til at bade i, og derfor kunne vi ikke benytte vores boblebad. Som vi havde set meget frem til.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is quite nice and the rooms are very spacious. The hotel is quite cold. We had a space heater in our room and an extra blanket on the bed. The breakfast is okay. The coffee wasn’t very hot. The area around the hotel has lots of restaurants and bars which is lovely.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep. There are parties every night near the hotel. You hear everything. Tuesday the party started at 10 pm and lasted until 3am. Wednesday it went from 8pm-5am. The front desk speaks no English. The hotel overall has a moldy smell and the breakfast was not much to talk about. It is in a great location but I would not recommend staying here if you plan on sleeping.

The Hotel Qalasaya is a unique modern hotel tower in the heart of bustling Puno, just off the main pedestrian boulevard. The room was clean and modern, with an excellent shower.

Très bel hôtel. L’un des seul à proposer un parking à proximité dans la zone. Même si le parking n’est pas the parking. Chambres très agréables. Bien finies. Seul bémol, la wifi n’est pas super. Le personnel est disponible et très professionnel.

Déçue de l’hotel, l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et notre chambre etait au 8e etage. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pour la douche . Nous n’avions pas de papier de toilette mais lorsqu’ils l’ont su ils sont venus nous en porter rapidement. La nuit c’etait froid dans le lit. Située dans un bel endroit proche de boutiques et de restaurants. Le buffet dejeuner etait tres bien

This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. Plates and food items were often in short supply—for example, there were cornflakes available, but no bowls or cold milk. Still, overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Gabriela’s kindness and exceptional service more than made up for these shortcomings.

Front desk attendant (Hyvere???) was amazing. Room was not too clean and very old. The elevator was out of service for 2 full days which was very difficult. Breakfast was cold and not many options.
