"I stayed for business trip and the staff were very welcoming and helpful to me from when I arrived. My Spanish is not great but were always helpful to try and help or accommodate me. Breakfast was good and the evening buffet meals had variety of choice. Many of the guests clearly visit for the pool and spa facilities, as well as hiking trials and cycling routes in the area. I did not have time for this but had an enjoyable stay and would return due to the practical location and friendly staff."

"This place is rather grand and cavernous - but feels more like a place for conferences now (there's no bar to relax in), and the wide staircase and long stretches of corridors made it feel like The Overlook Hotel in The Shining. Despite having very few customers, we ended up in a room with a view overlooking what looked like the staff kitchen and cleaning room, and the central core of the hotel (basically all the metal shafts, etc.), where water was constantly dripping, echoing all night. Saying...

"Really enjoyed our stay. One slight issue was on the sunday night I asked for some hot water in a flask. The kind desk person took me to the bar area. The person behind the bar then filled the flask. I said thank you. The bar lady looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. She did not speak. She was a bad advert for the hotel"

"Very disappointed, the pool was closed, was filthy and looked to be in that state for a LONG time. "
