「Great hotel stayed here for the third time. Only negative is that they pretend to have a breakfast, they do not. They offer some prepackaged bagels and danish and some old smelling coffee. All offered in the small lobby. 」

「Solo female traveler and felt very safe here. Friendly staff at check in and very convenient to lots of beautiful sites nearby. Downtown Manitou is an easy drive and very walkable. Breakfast was good but lacked protein. Still, biscuit and gravy was perfect after the Incline hike. Will definitely stay here again next time I come back with the family. 」

「I stayed for a week at this hotel and they were remodeling so it was noisy and occasionally dusty in the lobby. The staff was very friendly, but I rated it down because I did not receive any daily service of my room. I had to ask for coffee almost every day and by the fourth day I was out of everything-clean towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, and coffee. I wasn’t expecting my sheets to be changed because I was staying there the whole time, that part didn’t bother me, but not even poking your head in...
