「Staff was not the friendliest checking in. The elevator did not work the next day, and we had trouble changing rooms..」

「The hotel was unique, very interesting. The staff was friendly. Easy parking and entrance through the back. Our room was huge with the nicest bathroom.」

「Very grateful that this hotel had an actual functional (non-Tesla!) EV charger, albeit only one that was working. I am lucky that no one else was using it, since it was a Level 2 charger and I needed to charge from my arrival at 4 until midnight to get the charge I needed for the following day's trip. There were actually two chargers but only one seemed to work - it would be great if the hotel would fix the other one. Schenectedy is a sketchy city and I was hit up by a panhandler in the parking...

「Parking was good. Room was clean but I could smell smoke which probably came from someone smoking somewhere. Didn’t have much for a continantal breakfast. Just a muffin and coffee. 」

「The room wasn’t that clean smelt like straight us weed and beer was taking a shower had a few roaches join me in the bathroom」

「The room is dusty and not cleaned, toothpaste, toothbrush and shower gel are not prepared.」

「Room was clean and spacious. The toilet however was not shimmed properly so it would clunk everytime you sat on it. The hotel seems to be in the middle of renovation though, so it could just be a process. The tub was huge and the bed was comfy. Having a suite, I wish there was some sort of dining table. There was also no where to sit on the balcony. The TV was in hotel mode so it was very dim and hard to see if the lights were on. Overall the stay was nice」

「This was a basic facility no dining room. The staff did change my booking from a two queen beds to a king size because I was the only occupant. 」
