"Exceptional staff. Everyone who works at this hotel is incredibly kind and helpful! They gave great recommendations for authentic dining and shopping. My room was beautiful, clean, and spacious as well. Also, the hotel is close to the main tourist attractions and only 15 minutes from the Firenze train station. I highly recommend. "

"The hotel staff was outstanding! We just had one big disappointment. We booked this hotel because it listed a shuttle to the city center. We didn’t learn until after we booked and couldn’t get a refund that the shuttle service wasn’t starting until April 1, 2026. As a result we spent a lot of money on transportation to and from the hotel which we hadn’t planned on. The food at the hotel is excellent! The staff so accomodating and helpful! The only reason we gave one less star on cleanliness is that we had an ant problem in our bathroom. When we called they came right away and vacuumed up the ants but they were active outside and trying to get back in so we plugged the hole ourselves."

"We opted for this rather than a hotel. It was cheaper and there was a bus directly to the center where all the shops are. The restaurant food was delicious. Only down side was that many of the drying machines were down at the time we were there. Made laundry more of a struggle then it had to be. Beside that everything was nice and beautiful!"

"Very good location rooms are okay but small little bit confusing lifts for exploring hotels for older travelers but you get after little while beautiful swings on entry View from top floor is beautiful "

"This is probably my favorite hotel ever. Every possible traveler need was anticipated and attended to - we never had to ask for anything. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet, coffee corner, and happy hour were all amazing. "

"Amazing! Only negatives were the pool hours were short and that they charge for pool towels. Everything else was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend to anyone but especially Americans visiting Italy for the first time. The free spa was a huge perk. "
