"Paid parking available if you want it, laundry facility on site (big plus, hard to come by in Italy!!), very close to the center of the city. Most things to do/see are within a 30 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the area, and the hotel has a bar and restaurant open in the evenings. We didn't really use the amenities other than the laundry, but they have a pool, a spa, and are co-located with a fitness center. Staff were very helpful (shout out to Daniele at the bar and the "beer promotion" he offered me!). Hotel was incredibly clean and has outside seating, both uncovered and covered in case of rain. Elevators for every floor as well. Overall a great place to sleep at night and rest during the day, no complaints. Also, very close to a tram stop should you not want to walk. Not far from the train station either (10 minute walk)"

"DO NOT COME HERE! If you are planning on visiting Florence bite the bullet and pay to stay closer. The rooms were dirty with hair and stains on the beds. The staff was not helpful at all. There was also used floss in the bathroom. Send help."

"The Expedia listing was quite misleading. It was stated that there was 'self parking' included, whereas there was only street parking on very small, packed streets, with paid parking. It also stated that breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast available at all, in fact none for 2 years. Big renovation project with scaffolding surrounding the hotel, we got 1 of the rooms on 1st floor, traffic noise started at 6am, which was quite loud."

"My mom and I had an incredible time at Villa Agape! We visited during our birthday and the staff made us feel so special! The villa even upgraded our room free of charge to a gorgeous room with a view, because the day we checked in was my mom and my birthday! We felt like princesses and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The food was incredible and grounds and gardens around the hotel were magnificent. Villa Agape made our first trip to Florence a memorable one in all the best ways! "
