「This is the fourth time we've visited San Antonio and the fourth time we've stayed here. It's a beautiful place -- great atmosphere, great restaurants, great rooms. 「The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.」

「Everything was amazing .We loved the room , it was very clean and felt like we were at home.The staff was very helpful, especially Mr Jarrod ,he was great at communicating before , during and after check-out .He is such a amazing person.The only downside was the parking , but that is only due to construction .I would definitely book again.」
