"Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return. Thank you Nicole for the great stay! "

"I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area. "The hotel is very good in many ways except for the bed. The service is attentive, it offers transportation to some important places in the area, and the breakfast is varied and tasty. The only negative, and very important thing for me, is that the bed is a board; it couldn't be any harder, and I didn't know that level of hardness existed. I asked for something to put on top of it so I could sleep that night, which thankfully was the only one. I suggest they change at least some of the mattresses...

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The staff is absolutely amazing welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests feel comfortable. The food was also outstanding, with plenty of delicious options and excellent presentation at every meal.
The environment of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a luxurious atmosphere. The grounds are well-maintained, and everything feels peaceful and well thought out.
The only downside was the beach. While it looks nice at first glance, it was unfortunately filled with jellyfish, which made swimming pretty much impossible. I wouldn’t recommend going in the water, as there were too many stings and bites to risk it. That part was disappointing, especially since the beach was one of the reasons I chose this location.
Still, aside from the beach, everything else exceeded expectations. I would definitely return just for the hotel itself but I’d stick to the pool instead of the ocean next time.
