This boutique hotel (just 19 rooms!) redefines personalized service. Every staff member not only greeted us by name, but with genuine warmth and attention that made us feel instantly at home. The service was so seamless and thoughtful it felt almost intuitive. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. You could tell this was new construction—everything felt pristine, elegant, and considered. Even the turn-down service was impeccable. And yes, the scent piped into the common areas? Spot on.
