It is beautifully decorated, the staff are very helpful, great location, extensive European breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking Lake Como. I ate dinner there on my first night and it was very good. Our room was a king deluxe overlooking the adjacent piazza. It was spacious and including a small fridge and microwave. I would stay there again. "

"Hotel Villa Fiori at Lake Como is simply wonderful. The view is absolutely stunning, one of those you never get tired of admiring. Breakfast was very good, with quality products and a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. A big plus is the flexibility for dining: you can enjoy a proper dinner at the restaurant or just get something lighter at the lounge bar, which is perfect after a day around the lake. Another great advantage is the plenty of parking space, which is not always easy to find in the Lake Como area."

During a public transportation strike, they went out of their way to help us navigate the city. We were there for our wedding and honeymoon photos, and when taxis refused to take us for such a short distance while my wife was in her wedding dress, the staff stepped in without hesitation. One of them even drove us in their personal car so my wife did not have to walk in her gown. Their kindness and dedication went far beyond anything we could have expected.
