We really enjoyed this stay. The location is great for everything Como offers and it's a great location for train day trips if you are staying longer. Air conditioning was good, and a view from the Juliet balcony.

The location was excellent. A 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 3 minute walk to the ferry terminal. The hotel is right on the main plaza in Como, steps from shopping, restaurants and the water. The A/C worked very well and the bathroom was nice. The mini fridge was a nice surprise.

Bra läge mitt i city. Rent, stort rum, nyrenoverat stort badrum. Obs! Jättehalt golv i duschen! Lätt att ramla! Behövs halkmatta!!!

Extremely convenient location and clean room (bed, closet, deskwith a well-renovated bathroom (toilet, separate bidet toilet, shower, no bathtub). Staff was very helpful in enabling me to check in easily despite not there being a real staffed “front desk”. My room had a beautiful view of the plaza and you could even see the lake when you peeked over the balcony. Obviously not the b&b’s fault, but just a heads up- the one downside (to my room being plaza-facing) was that each night there were a number of very loud teenagers that would gather at the late-nite McDonald’s (one night until 3:30am) to the point where I could not sleep. Note that there is no air conditioning.

We stayed here 3 nights. It is the perfect location, in the heart of Como, for exploring the town and the lake. The ferry ticket office and pier is 100 meters away. There are many restaurants within a 5min walk. It is within walking distance to both Como train stations for those using public transport. Camilla is very helpful with good communications in English. WhatsApp is available to message or talk with her. The building is typical of older Italian buildings but the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms updated.
