"Um dos hotéis mais incríveis em que fiquei. Quartos ótimos com uma vista única sobre o Douro. Tenho apenas a salientar a falta de limpeza da piscina. Pelas 12h a piscina ainda not inja sido limpa e tinha vários insetos. Também de realçar falta de manutenção na casa de banho com as portas e rodapés ..."

"The hotel is clean, nice and comfortable. We arrived the hotel around 2PM in rainny Thursday. The reception inform the room are not ready. They insist we can check in after 4PM. So we need to take around with umbrella. But we found there are so many customers at that day."
