En primer lugar no es un alojamiento de 5 estrellas como lo denomina hoteles.com. Cuando llegas a recepción pone claramente que es un 4 estrellas. Lugar bonito para estar tranquilo y relajado. Tuvimos una mala experiencia ya que la cabaña que nos dieron no estaba muy limpia, y además de ello había una plaga de arañas, y dormir con una plaga de arañas no es ni lo más cómodo ni lo más agradable. Teníamos dos días de reserva y solo estuvimos uno. Nos dieron la oportunidad de cambiar de habitación pero no estábamos seguros. Es normal que estando en un bosque tengas compañeros en la habitación, pero eran demasiados.

Das Tree House ist in jeder Hinsicht eine einzigartige Unterkunft. Aller Komfort war vorhanden. Die Anlage selbst wird top gepflegt, einige Gebäude aber auch dem Verfall preisgegeben. Dadurch entsteht ein ganz spezielles Ambiente.

Se você pretende um local silencioso para contato com a natureza, seria a melhor indicação. Mas... o local visivelmente necessita de manutenção, não tem nenhum tipo de apoio para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção, se caminha muito do chalé ao local das refeições, e NUNCA RESERVEM EM BAIXA TEMPORADA, nada está disponível para os hospedes na baixa temporada, fontes, atrações, tudo fechado. O staff é ótimo e atencioso, mas parece que os donos/investidores do local, não estão muito preocupados em mantê-lo funcionando.

Great setting but over priced

Location and setting is amazing, it truly feels integrated with the park it’s set within, and with that comes this great sense of peacefulness which we loved . Staff are super friendly, breakfast/ restaurant is very acceptable and decent dishes, tea and scones are a must try. But not all is well here, with signs of decay or lack of maintain in and around the houses, including frayed bath robes, chipped countertops and wood panelings. Also, we paid extra for a house because it had a picture of a glassed ceiling on top of the bed (Deluxe Bungalow) but it appears to be a mistake by the hotel on the room pictures selected for this house as this feature is only available in the Tree Houses (which are cheaper but were fully booked at the time). Mentioned it to reception but was met with a “yes you’re right” but didn’t do anything about it. Would go back but not for the same price.

Hotel fantástico, inserido no parque das Pedras Salgadas , casas rodeadas de pura natureza. Nível de conforto excelente, pequeno almoço e jantar muito bom. Funcionários muito prestáveis, apenas na recepção poderiam ser um pouco mais acolhedores e dar uma melhor explicação sobre o parque. Tem bicicletas para dar passeios no parque o que é muito agradável. Foi uma experiência fantástica, pena ter sido só uma noite. Vamos voltar.

Estivemos hospedados apenas uma noite na casa da árvore, uma experiência incrível! A proposta realmente é diferenciada. Hotel com bom atendimento e café da manhã fabuloso. Relax en el bosque

Las casas son muy bonitas, más el exterior que el interior que es funcional. El bosque en el que están no es muy grande, es un parque pequeño del que en seguida sales al pueblo, pero es bonito, además tienes el spa, el bar con la zona de juegos y la terraza de la casa. Te dejan bicis así que para unos días es suficiente.

Relaxing Spa Weekend with top Hospitality

We had a wonderful off-season two-night stay in a treehouse at Pedras Salgadas. While not all activities are available year-round, we filled our days with exploring the historic grounds, ‘taking the waters’ at the Spa, excursions to area sites, and eating. The food (two breakfasts, one long leisurely dinner) was uniformly excellent; prepared expertly with local, season ingredients. The service across the property was friendly and professional - everyone went out of their way to welcome us to the region and go the extra mile. We spent much of our stay thinking of when we might return - and who we would bring with us!
