"The room was clean, but very dated and worn. They advertise a pool, which is outdoors, and is not in service as it is filled with a green mossy mess. On the upside, I had the place nearly to myself, and there wasn’t a lot of noise from the property, but you can definitely hear the nearby speedway in the room. I did have a strong smell of smoke from an adjoining room one day during my stay. The staff was pleasant."

"This was a great place to overnight on our long trip. The staff was wonderful. The property is undergoing remodeling and updating Convenient location, we were able to walk to Cracker Barrel for dinner. "

"From check-in to check-out the staff was friendly and helpful. My husband remarked that he really liked the mattress - first time ever hearing this from him! I liked their scrambled eggs - much better than most hotels we visit. All in all, a great little hotel."
