Location Location Location it doesn’t get much better than this. Walkable to everywhere you need to see. Room was spacious with large beds. Breakfast was really good and staff very friendly and willing to assist. Overall a great stay was only slightly disappointed by bits of uncared for walls and shower screen. But this didn’t detract from the great stay we had. Would definitely return.

The staff were not the frinedliest, also there was construction inside the hotel for couple of days which started around 8 in the morning. It was very inconvenient when you want to sleep on your vacation. Other than that the roon we had was the bigest room we have ever had in Europe with a small kitchen even which was great. The overall hotel was great.

From your review we can tell that you were only moderately satisfied, which we very much regret.After all, you kept your promise of writing a poor review, which we would like to comment on:As far as the noise disturbance is concerned, please note that it was not generated by craftsmen in our house but was coming from outside our building, from a construction site across the street. Kindly understand that we cannot be held responsible for noise coming from somewhere else. We always strive to make our guests stays as pleasant as possible and we do regret the disturbance in your case even if it wasnt our fault. This was one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The room was just what we needed. I have to say (other than 1 amazing resort holiday in Croatia) that is the second best breakfast buffet I have ever enjoyed. All the extras they put out is so very kind and much appreciated. Hotels often just put out the basic straight from the supermarket packet cheap rubbish, but this hotel wants you to enjoy fresh crossaints, beautiful cake, chocolate eggs for easter, probiotic yogurts, bacon cooked properly and kept warm, 3 kinds of eggs, I could go on, it was absolutely fantastic. The one thing that loses marks, and this is such a shame to find a negative at all, but my room was cleaned/fresh bedding/towels just once in a 5 night stay (when I asked at the desk on the 3rd day why nobody had cleaned yet, that's the one time the room was then cleaned). Disappointing but all in all I am still absolutely happy and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Vienna. Location PERFECT!!

We liked everything about our stay. Convenient to sights, big room, comfortable bed, quiet room, friendly staff. Loved having the Nespresso machine in the room and a refrigerator. We would stay here again.

A gem of a hotel. Great location with a lot of dining and shopping options all the way to Stephansplatz. 5 minutes walk to St. Stephen’s church-turn right when you exit the hotel lobby door. Shoutout to the housekeeping team for keeping the room clean, organized and providing a good supply of coffee and tea which were needed after a full day of activities. The lobby staff were wonderful in giving out needed information especially Marc who was very very welcoming. Definitely will stay here again!!!

We stayed here (my wife, my 2 year old daughter and myself) last week (January 2024) and it was a wonderful stay. The location does not get any better, it’s very easy to walk to almost all major attraction in Vienna, and it’s surrounded by really good restaurants. The staff were very friendly. The room we booked (we booked the executive apartment) was very spacious, extremely clean, and very quiet. I really can’t say anything negative about this place. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice location. Because we were there Dec 23,24,25 the price jumped 3X, which isn’t the best. The rooms are heated to the surface temperature of the sun, and we asked the front desk how to cool the rooms, but the thermostat made no difference so we had to keep the windows open to prevent ourselves from melting. Nicely appointed mini-apartment

Great location, great staff and room
Great location, close to the St.Stephan’s cathedral - very central. Large, comfortable room with huge amounts of storage. Staff very friendly and helpful. If coming from the airport, the transfer they can arrange is cheaper and much more convenient than the train.

Great location, although quite noisy from the bars
Excellent location. However, even staying on the top floor, it was still quite loud with bars/restaurants very noisy on the street late into the night. Definitely needed ear plugs and had to close the windows, which made it quite stuffy. Interior was a bit dated, the bed was good and it was very clean. Excellent customer service at the reception.

Really pleased with this stay. Around the corner is a great Austrian restaurant. Around another corner is a fab cafe on Fransizksner. Apartments were great and exceeded expectations. Will stay again - and I don’t say that often

The property is in a central location, close to the shops and cafes. The staff are amazing and so friendly. I loved Vienna so much I wanted to stay an extra day - being peak season most accomodation is booked out, but they were able to extend my stay without me having to change my room!

We enjoyed our stay at Singerstraße 21/25 in June 2023. The hotel is actually an apartment complex that was converted to a hotel. So, the rooms are quite spacious. We had the double deluxe room, which did not include a kitchenette. However, we had a nice sized mini fridge, Nespresso original machine, and tea kettle. There was plenty of closet and wardrobe space. The water pressure was outstanding in the shower, and the apartment was clean. Housekeeping comes daily. The only issue with the room was the mattress. I have neck and back problems, and I was in a lot of pain during the trip due, in large part, to the very firm mattress. For me, the mattress was quite awful but my spouse slept fairly well on it. There are coin laundry facilities on the basement level, which we used. Nice quality machines that can handle a larger load. The neighborhood is great. There are dining options right outside the door and a Billa grocery store is only 4-5 minutes away by foot. Stephansplatz was approximately 8 minutes by foot, which was fabulous for us. There is a U-Bahn location at Stephansplatz. The main train station was approximately 15 minutes by U-Bahn. The hotel is so close to many wonderful sites but far enough away to be very quiet. We asked the hotel to arrange airport transportation for us, which made things much easier. The staff were always available and very helpful. It was a great stay, mattress quality withstanding. We definitely recommend this hotel.
