Lovely spacious room with a super king bed, large TV with several English speaking channals and a nice shower room. Breakfast was superb for quality and choice. Defo looking for a Novotel on our next trip.

Across from train station Wien HBF and close to metro stops. Food court near Canettistraße had variety of food options. Our room was perfect except there was an issue with the card holder for the electricity. Evelina took care of us and gave us a new room. If you like walking, it’s perfect to walk to many sites. Don’t miss the Albertina Museum. Also, stand in cue for a great Kebap at Gerhat Doner. Will return in the future.

Great property and stayed in Executive Room which was nice, my only problem I had was there was no fan option in the room. Felt it was quite stuffy and only option was to open the window to let air circulate. Amenities were great and cleanliness was excellent. Would visit again.

Room was nice and spacious but lack of amenities. Also, the aircon does not cool the room and i ly works as a heater. Room can be a little bit too hot. There is a window you can open so a bit of cold air can get in but it can get quite noisy.

Convenient location across street with train station. Room and bath are very clean, that’s all matters to me, however room cleaning staff wasn’t attentive. Front desk always had a queue, no one in front of concierge desk, seemed short of staff. Breakfast was very good, but it was crowded during weekend.

I waited more than 10 minutes to check in while the employee stared down his computer and talked to his workmates. He wouldn’t make eye contact with me or let me know he will help me after he is done. When I complained, he mumbled something unintelligible. I go on more than 20 trips a year with Expedia. I think this may be the first time I ever reviewed anything. I didn’t feel like he treated me like a human. Horrible.

We booked the room with 2 beds. The beds were very narrow and the mattresses and pillows were very old and uncomfortable. The door of the fridge was broken. The air conditioning made such a noise that was impossible to sleep. The bathroom tub was very sleepery with no protection. No one came to clean the room we had to call housekeeper at 4pm. As they cleaned the room the coffee mugs were not changed or washed. The breakfast room was clean and the breakfast was not bad. The only one thing good about the hotel is being across the street from the train station, so if you planned to use the train it was very convenient. In overal the stay in this hotel was very disappointing.

Food was very bad - had pizza margherita and i could have made a better one myself. It clearly was a supermarket bought item and not what you expect at a hotel.

Novotel was nice, and the staff was lovely. I just have two issues: 1. The bed and bedding were not comfortable. Firm bed, stiff sheets that were not soft at all, etc. Fortunately I’m an easy sleeper and had been walking all day, but the bed really was not great. 2. I left a bag of souvenirs in the room when I checked out (my fault, I know), and when I asked about it at the front desk a few hours later and they contacted housekeeping, I received no response after 20 minutes and finally had to leave to catch my train. My bad for leaving something behind, but in the middle of the day with no guests checking in, I wish a sense of urgency had been shown.
