「When we arrived, there was still a dirty towel on the balcony. Also, the televisions and tv platforms need to be upgraded. Dish Network had very limited tv programming & there was no way to stream on other platforms like Hulu, Netflix, or Disney Plus due to the outdated, non-Smart TVs, which was disappointing!」

「customer service is not great! the gentleman that checked me in was super friendly but not go over the $200 hold on my debit card. Would have been nice to disclose that being such a large amount to hold. the female that check me out had an attitude not friendly, I would say, I would not recommend to friends. we actually stayed at the Marriot Friday, price was half what we paid the the Westin and customer service way greater.」

「Outside etc not clean saw rats」

「Beautiful, inviting atmosphere.」

「Nice property with helpful staff. Very near the interstate so it’s noisy」

「The valet people was awesome. One of the assistant managers went way out of her way to help me with my EV parking and charging.」

「The two buildings are a bit confusing at first」

「Great place to stay, helpful friendly staff」

「Staff was very nice - food and drink was good.」

「酒店入住时发现基本都有灰，浴盆里还有水，床上孩子发现有头发。反应后有及时给到早餐券补偿。前台服务人员比较友善。」

「Great stay for a few days in Memphis! Location was easy access to Beale Street, the river front, Bass Pro, the Peabody Hotel, restaurants and a great little market. We walked everywhere except for a trip to Graceland. Very secure as well. Everything was clean and spacious. Our unit was directly under the laundry so a bit noisy at times but we just used ear plugs if we were going to sleep.」
