「酒店虽小但很温馨 浓浓的欧式复古装修风格」

「出行方便，工作人员服务热情」

「Stayed for about 3 weeks. Great location, comfortable suites. House keeping lady Ingrid was super nice and considerate. She did great job.」

「I had a great experience at AC Hotel by Marriott. I arrived around 19:00, and check-in was fast and smooth. The staff provided me with the room I booked without any issues. The room itself is spacious and well-maintained, with good amenities. If you need slippers or a toothbrush, just ask at the reception. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly during my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent — right in downtown Ottawa, next to ByWard Market. There are plenty of dining options...

「The location of Arlo is perfect, easy to access Rogers Centre and all the famous spots along the river. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, stable wifi and the continental breakfast. In addition, the staffs (Jessica and Dennis) are nice and helpful.」

「As with all Alt hotels, very convenient to have the cafe/snacks in the lobby and nespresso in the room. This specific location is in an older building- bit dark with some shower plumbing issues. Some rooms have no view other than a cement wall but this is not mentioned in the room description when booking so of important to you consider the category of room booked. Overall clean and fine for a quick business stay」

「clean, good location」

「It was a horrible experience for our family. The check-in staff and staff in restaurant were nice and polite, apart from this, this hotel just did not fulfill the expectation on Sheraton brand. First, we arrived at the hotel at after 5pm, but the rooms were still not ready to check-in; the staff offered free breakfast for compensation. Next, when we came back to the hotel at night time and prepare to take a bath, there was no hot water supply in the entire hotel, we called the service hotline...

「A lot of restaurants. 」
