"Great place for family. Pool, kids zone. Balcons is also perfect for the evening when the kids are in bed. Walk distance if everything. Rooms are ok. It's a bang for your bucks for sure."

"We stayed in different accommodation during our 16 day stay in Smith, Falls, Ottawa and Quebec. Restays was the best. Having a washer dryer in our suite was great. It was nice to be able to do our laundry before we moved onto our next adventure. The dishwasher and coffee maker with the pods of coffee was also much appreciated. The staff (this included the front desk, the house cleaners, and the maintenance people ) all who were wonderful and were always there for us when we needed them. I really appreciated the fact that I could ask for a bottle of water and would have no problem getting one or two right away. Another bonus was when we thought we were going to be rained on and they lent us an umbrella ."

"The check in was very straightforward. The front desk gave us clear instructions about parking our car and the daily cost, not included in the daily rate. There is a restaurant on site which is very convenient; the breakfast had several options and was well prepared and presented; the restaurant’s personnel was courteous and very helpful. The fitness room was clean and organized. Our room was clean although the shower’s curtain had a musty smell causing the bathroom to have the same smell. We think that some furniture, particularly outside the restaurant need a facelift."
