"I stayed at this resort for one week over the New Year holiday with a group of friends. While we were excited to celebrate at the property, our experience was unfortunately disappointing.
The customer service at the front desk was unacceptable. Several staff members were dismissive and rude during our interactions, and one of the managers we encountered displayed the same unprofessional behavior. This made what should have been an enjoyable holiday stay feel uncomfortable and...

"This is my 3rd stay at the Radisson in 4 years. The staff are excellent. Attendant to your needs with great hospitality. The maintenance culture of the Radisson comes through.
Overall, given the location, I would rate this as the best hotel in Lagos.
A shout out to couple of staff - Ikotu (hope I am spelling that right) and Moji. They are just a few of the excellent staff at the Radisson. "
