「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – An Amazing Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the 24/7 power supply, which allowed me to keep the room nice and cool despite the hot weather outside. The food was delicious with great variety, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. They checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable, which made me feel truly...

「I was not opportuned to use it」

「We had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and professional. House keeping cleaned daily, breakfast was good. Overall I will give them a 9.」

「You would definitely have a good stay」

「Excellent!!! I would visit Ziba Resort again in a heart beat. Neat and very friendly staff who are ready to help. We loved our stay so much we wanted to extend, unfortunately they were fully booked. Don’t think twice. Book now and enjoy.」

The room and bathroom were inadequately cleaned: stained rug, dirty refrigerator, soap scum on shower glass, rusty shower faucet with low water pressure, a wobbly toilet,...

「The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done. I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. After I cancelled it, food was still delivered to our room at 11 p.m. This reflects very poor communication within the hotel. I...
