I booked this because I was led to believe it was at the Airport. Wrong!! It’s a 30 dollar ride to Victoria falls. Lodge ok tho and staff lovely. They just need to make location clearer 😃

Sehr gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Ich kam viel eher als zum offiziellen Check-In (14:00 Uhr) an der Lodge an. Sofort wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und die Wartezeit, bis mein Zimmer fertig war konnte ich sehr angenehm an Pool und Bar verbringen. Bereits um 11.30 Uhr konnte ich dann bereits in mein Zimmer. Die Küche und der Service waren hervorragend gut und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Ich war nur eine Nacht hier, um die Zeit zwischen dem Ende einer Gruppenreise und meinem individuell gebuchten Rückflug zu überbrücken.

Das Personal ist bis auf die Rezeptionistin ausserordentlich freundlich, gutmütig und hilfsbereit. Leider ist die Tür des Zimmers nicht ganz dicht, sodass Spinnen und kleine Insekten reinkommen. Ich finde den Preis zu hoch. Es funktionieren leider nicht alle Bankkarten. Die Preise für extra Leistungen sind etwa gleich teuer wie in der Schweiz. Das beste an der Unterkunft war das liebenswerte Personal.
