"Our room was clean, well furnished and quiet. A HUGE shoutout to Lemar from the front desk. He is an amazing representation of your brand. He was friendly and a wealth of knowledge regarding the local culture and best spots to go. He smiled and engaged us in conversation every time we entered the lobby. We will definitely be back! "Coffee supplies weren’t replaced, including used mugs, and one bed wasn’t made. Seems the cleaning staff were likely understaffed to have done such a poor service. The good news is the towels were consistently replaced! Also, the pool was closed when my 12YO son was in there because of high PH levels. I was in the (unclean) pool washroom when the staff person told him to quickly rinse off in the room because it would cause hair loss. My son is now afraid to go into pools. I’m glad they closed the pool for service but could have been more careful with information sharing."

"The breakfast was amazingly good considering the property needs an update desperately! The room was very large but dark and smelled of dirty vacuum! Price was way too high for the condition of this property!"

"Resort was very nice. Only funny thing - no micro waves? Had to drive to the local Circle K and use their micro wave. Their clerk said, "WOW" even Motel 6 has micro waves. Just saying ! "

"Check in late evening, front desk staff with poor customer service. Arrived to our studio suite immediately noticed a strong room freshener attempting to cover up mildew smell. Shower was filthy, shower curtain coated with soap scum, hand prints all over, bodily fluids sprayed all over the window curtains and carpet, dog hair in the beds, bathroom door latch broken. This room was disgusting! Called the front desk to discuss, she ended the call. Went to talk face to face initially refused to provide management contact info. Advised my contact info would be given and I would get a phone call ( never did). Do not waste your money at this cheaply built, dirty, musty, poorly run hotel. "
