First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. "The breakfast was sumptuous. The property was elegant and in a perfect location if arriving by train. Also, a nice 15-20 minute walk to the Roman arena and Castelvecchio and bridge. The value/price was entirely acceptable for the 4 star quality of the hotel and its amenities. I will definitely stay there again when i return to Verona."
