「Por aportar algo a mejorar, los pilotos de techo de colores (RGB) en cuanto te mueves se iluminan cambiando de colores e incomodan. Otra cosa sería que simplemente se encendiesen de un color que no molestase (azul p.e.) Y el espejo de aumento en el lavabo está muy alto y la luz no funcionaba. Por lo demás, El personal un diez, el chico de la entrada amable, servicial, atento. En el desayuno, atentos, amables, todo estupendo. Gracias por todo. 」

「Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). 」

「This was one of the best experiences. First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. I received wonderful advices in regards to food and places to visit while in Verona. Everything exceeded my expectations. This little cute room is to recommend...

「10min to the Arena and close to all the other attractions. The front desk helps to book my restaurant and email me the result which is nice. Breakfast has enough variety to choose from and the service team has done a good job. The Hotel seems close to the railway station but better take a taxi. 」
