Rafaella is an amazing host! I especially liked the online check-in service and application door opening. It was fantastic: nice and easy! The restaurant Rafaella recommended was really good and the food is delicious. Thank you!

Expensive, no service, old and noisy

Complicated upon arrival, disappointing since shared bathroom not clearly explained, beds were oldish, and the Price IS disproportionately high for the service. On top of it, when checking out IS 10 am, housekeeping starts at 8 am with loud speaking, Hoover and washing machine next door to the room. Just escape it! Does hôtels.com help those people earn easy money with tourism.....? One cool thing IS a excellent restaurant down stairs!

This is not the place that we expected. The pictures were very deceiving. The entrance was inconvienent and hard to find. How expensive this place was it was not worth it at all. There was no breakfast included, shared bathroom, and too small of a space. I will not be coming back here and I would go as far to say that I felt ripped off.

Bra lokasjon kun 10 minutter å gå til gamle byen. Meget vanskelig innsjekking da fjernstyrt innsjekk der informasjon gitt på italiensk. Vi måtte dokumentere avtalt pris på opphold, da betjenningen ikke viste. Støvete på badet og gulv. Gangen utenfor rommet er kameraovervåket!

Basic accommodations. Room was average. Had to share a bath with 3 other rooms. Supposed to supply a breakfast, but kitchen was still locked at 8:30 a.m. Best part was 8 foot jigsaw puzzle over the bed.

Easy comfortable stay close to town

I stayed here with my husband toddler and parents. It was comfortable convenient and clean. The check in and check out were difficult as the cleaner didn’t speak English and our requests for a crib didn’t make it through from Hotels.com however they gave us a bed for the toddler instead which was kind. Easy and convinient- I would recommend

Costi nascosti

B & B situato a primo piano di un palazzo appena fuori il centro di Verona .ben servito come ristoranti e bar.la camera confortevole e carina. L'unica cosa che ci ha veramente indisposto è che poco tollero è trovarsi dei costi in più non ben specificati al momento della prenotazione. Colazione da pagare a parte(compresa vi era un caffè o te e qualche biscotto o brioche confezionata contata) della serie chi si alza prima mangia ... tassa di soggiorno...e va be'.. Ma il massimo ho chiesto di pagare con la carta ,che tra l'altro dovrebbe essere obbligatorio oltre i 25 euro, mi è stato detto che dovevo aggiungere 3 euro. Sarebbe meglio migliore chiarezza per no rendere spiacevole il soggiorno.

Très bien placé, proche des arènes de Vérone et du centre. Parking gratuit. Possibilité de parking fermé à 5 mn à pied. Propre. Un point désagréable : les frais bancaires de la carte de crédit sont à la charge du client. Il serait préférable qu'ils soient inclus dans le tarif.

Bed and breakfast funcional

Hotel comodo para llegar, unos 10’ caminando desde la estación de tren. Buen ratio de baño por habitación (1 cada 2 habitaciones) Destaco la amabilidad y cortesía de la señora. Desayuno excelente y variado, a mi como celiaco me trajeron alimentos sin gluten variados. Como handicaps, el que el desayuno sea limitado de 8.30h a 10h, que el check out sea hasta las 10h. Horas de check in aparentemente algo cerradas aunque supongo se adaptarían a uno. En definitiva, repetiría.
