「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Everything about our stay was perfect. The setting is idyllic and very tranquil. The staff were super friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we felt very welcomed and relaxed. They were also great with our 7 year old daughter. Having the taxi in and out of the city was a real bonus to this property as it enabled us to relax by the pool in the heat but still have all the access to the beautiful city of Verona in 10 minutes. 「A classy hotel, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with kettle, coffee and teabags to make own drink. Lovely bathroom with handy extras like hod quality toiletries and non-slip bathmat. Fantastic breakfast with a huge choice, perfect for me as a vegan. The chickpeas in smoky tomato sauce were especially delicious.
