「Rooms were very clean and it was very quite. Location of the hotel was great.」

「Historical building with lots of character, lobby fireplace was warming on a rainy day. The first floor lobby and dining rooms are very dark, great atmosphere but bring a little flashlight. Met a lot of nice people during our stay. The welcoming scotch was fantastic. We heard the breakfast was minimal. It was not, filled with all kinds of homemade apple strudel, mushroom quiche, chocolate pastries, many other delicious sweet muffins, etc.」

「I left a mouthguard on the night stand. I know where I left it. I called that night, desk person seemed too busy, said she would call me. Never did. I called back-nothing. Oh yeah, there was no hot water for the morning shower. When I called the desk, they were not supervised. At night there were some relatively scuzzy folks at some evening parties. Never again.」

「It was all great except room 200, junior suite was very noisy from traffic. Can't close window do to AC unit. Staff friendly, clean property, good bed.」

「I want to give this quaint hotel five stars. The place is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and helpful and professional! The restaurant was Devine - top notch food and spirits! It’s just that it’s not restful. We were up until the staff were done for the night, then other guests filtered in making their own racket. It’s an old house - so it’s truly not meant or designed to be sound-proof. Outside of the disruptions, this was a fantastic stay!」
