"Clean rooms and friendly staff"

"This is the second time I have stayed at the Vernon location. The place is in need of major repairs and deep cleaning. Instead of white towels, they are gray and show dirty marks. There was a fine film of dirt on the floor, as well as a pile by the door as you enter the room. The bedding is ripped. I will not be giving them a third try. Very rundown. "

"Amazing location and offseason rates are tolerable given the downtown waterfront location. There were a few things about the suite configuration that were odd, but nothing that would make me choose against staying there again.
