「We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.」

「住在Randa這個小村莊是到馬特洪峰一個很不錯的經驗，是一個只有四百多人的小村莊，非常寧靜，離火車站步行只要三到五分鐘，Randa不像Zermatt那麼商業化，可以讓人感受阿爾卑斯山腳小村莊的景色與生活，房間很不錯，有小孩最喜歡的閣樓，廚房的設備很齊全，客廳及餐廳給人很溫馨的感覺．唯一要注意的是，清潔費150元法郎，如果只住一兩天，可能會覺得較貴，若是住多天一點，分攤起來就會覺得還好．」

「We stayed for one week. This was an outstanding place to stay. The photos and description don't even do it justice. There are views of the Matterhorn from every room and a cozy balcony and hot tub.
