"The hotel was pretty great & very convenient as the train station is directly behind it. You truly cannot hear the trains so it’s very peaceful & relaxing. The breakfast is great too. The only issue we had was that the AC in our room kept turning off. They checked it 2 times but it still turned off during the night. However, it was only my room as the others we rented were fine."

"Breakfast was very good, Buffet style. Room was clean. Best location a minute or two away from the Rialto stop which takes you to and from the airport via alilaguna water taxi, just steps away from the Rialto bridge, bathroom very modern with tiled floor, great AC, shower and toilet facilities very clean which is my number 1 priority, room on the ornate side, with floor rugs, beds topped with traditional fabrics etc. stayed on first floor, was a bit of a walk through corridors, up flight of stairs then down to get to room, it was a different experience but not bad at all."

"We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived when we were given a glass of water whilst the staff got us checked us in and took our cases to our room and they also gave us a tour of all the amenities. Our room was kept tidy and clean during our stay with them even going into our room of an evening. Excellent pool and pool bar area. Easy enough to get a 15 minute water taxi to Venice Centre and it is also a close walk to Lido's beach. We asked reception about the water taxis, beach and airport journey and they give us easy to follow advice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and area. We preferred staying a 15 minute water taxi journey away from the tourist part of Venice. Even better that we saw a dolphin from the water taxi!"

"We had a good stay overall and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the room itself was pleasant. There were a few drawbacks that future guests may want to consider. The location was a bit farther from the main attractions than we had anticipated, which made getting around slightly less convenient. We were also surprised that there was no restaurant attached to the hotel, meaning there was no room service or on-site dining option available. Additionally, I was traveling with my mother, who has some mobility challenges, and she found getting in and out of the bathtub difficult. We ended up needing a step stool, so I would recommend the property consider accessibility improvements or provide better information about bathroom accessibility features. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but given the price we paid, I don't think we would choose this hotel again in the future. That said, the staff and accommodations themselves were very good."
