"Since there was but only 1 other review of this hotel, I wanted to give equal justice. The only negative point was of the location of receiving the key. My Fiance had made a call a few days ahead of our arrival to confirm our dates as requested by the Apt. staff. In an alley that was controlled by a watchman made the location of the Apartment feel safer. Great location to the Metro station and other good quality cafe's and other shops. The room was recently remodeled and look to be in good shape...

"This is an apartment rental service the address provided is not where the apartment is located. And it can be at some distance. Communications in English at key pick up and in case any needs arise will be difficult. The key pickup requires cash deposit equal to $40. The apartment in which I ended up was next to construction site and had a lot of external noise.
