Find a different place!

Terrible check in. We started to look for the place, and then we got a new adress when we where half way. Check in early was not possible. And when we got there, we where met by a grumpy cleaning-lady who only spoke russian. She wanted deposit, but wouldn't give us receipt. When we asked for it, we where trethened, and got told to move out. I tried to call the manager 5 times on WhatsApp. He never picked it up the call or called back. Apartment: old, dirty, noise from the road

Nice trip

The apartment is good and clean. It has a good location near from most important places in Kiev. But for special case we face some confusion in the payment so they charged me tow times. Also my checking was little late.

big and spacious apt

apartment was big and pretty modern considering most properties, however unlike the hotels.com app advertised that the property is 0.3km from city center the apt i received was 2km from the city center. the area was OK but it was not what i thought im getting . im not sure if its the property or hotels.com to blame but if you book ask and check the actual address in google maps

Rimelig slitt leilighet

Vi bestilte transport fra flyplass, noe som var en nedtur da vi måtte vente i 25 minutter på sjåfør. Leilighet ligger fint plassert i Sentrum, og vi fikk hjelp av sjåfør til innsjekk. Leilighet er slitt med hensyn til møbler, mangler parkett på gulv, noe de har løst med å legge over skittent teppe. Greit utstyrt og god seng. Rengjøring var ikke den beste, men dersom man ikke er for kravstor var det godt nok. Sengetøy og håndklær ble skiftet ved hver vask.

Öncelikle burası bir Otel değil, apartman. Merkeze yakın 10/15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ve tam karşısında büyük bir market var, her ihtiyacınızı alabilirsiniz. Giriş biraz ürkütücü ama odalar temiz ve güzel, mutfakta her şey mevcut, banyosu temiz. En önemlisi internet olağan üstü çekiyor asla sıkıntı yok. Oda yeteri kadar sıcak olmasına rağmen yine yedek bir ısıtıcı bırakılmış odaya bu çok güzel. Ütü, Ütü masası vs her şey mevcut. Yetkili ile WhatsApp üzerinden çeviri yardımı ile anlaştık, yardım sever ve kibar biri. Oteli yatmadan yatmaya kullanacaklar için mükemmel bir otel. Tam bir fiyat/performans oteli. Bir daha gidersem tercih edeceğim bir otel.

The studio was quite cosy. Very good central location. Clean room and spacious bathroom. The apartment was very old, but the interior design was new. Pretty much enough for 4-5 days of visit for a couple. The staff was well-organized, very helpful, friendly and responded the needs promptly, punctual. But having extra towel normally shouldn't cost 200 UAH and the transfer to the airport could be way cheaper. I enjoyed my stay and I can say that I would stay there again.

Bekvämt och centralt

Bodde i lägenhet 1 på Lysenko 3. Det är tredje gången jag bor här och läget är fantastiskt bra - centralt, men ändå lugnt. Lägenheten ligger precis bakom opera-huset med en kort promenad till Maidan. Lägenheten är i fint skick, men köket är lite väl enkelt. Kylen har också en tendens att låta en del vilket kan vara irriterande på natten. I övrigt är service prickfri och man svarar snabbt på mail. Städningen är bra, men bara två gånger per vecka.

In a fab location and met most of our needs. Minor things to complain about (duvet size didn't actually fit the bed, there as no washing machine as advertised) but great stay overall!

Nice old flat with nice view in Kiev.

This is a good size room, with a nice view. Very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants,Barts and attractions.

The company got me a driver to drive me there, but he was unwilling to show me where the apartment was. It was really difficult to find late at night.

great service and communication in great location!

They were SO helpful! Airport transfer was great, and also they helped arrange my Uber to a different place after I left!! Super fast, and helpful communication in English (I did it via their WhatsApp). It was a great location — a private apartment situation that was really good. I really recommend getting the airport transfer shuttle especially if you have a lot of luggage.

Great Weekend

Great location. Good communication with managers. Used their airport transfers both ways. Simple and efficient. Property was perfect for a long weekend visit to Kiev.

No clear description of the location of the hotel. Bad communication via whatsapp. I not checked inn at such place, I changed to the hotel even I have already paid for this stupid place.
