「The owner greeted us was very pleasant and helpful with surrounding places to go and see. The room was well kept. Bathroom remodeled new very nice. Only problem not enough outlets in the room. Didn't have any problems with bugs. Neighbors were respectful. Nice pool area but small. Great place to stay for cheap in Venice on the main drag just miles from the beach. I would stay there again.」

「This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer.」

「The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. 」

「Miss Jennifer front desk was amazing. I booked another night and the room I wanted to stay was already taken for another person so she asked if I could be moved to a king suite. I of course said sure . It was beautiful. The washer would not open when it was done , Miss Jennifer was able to get my clothes out . I’m so very thankfull」

「Need to stay overnight near Sarasota with our small dog. Place was fine for the price. No frills, clean and relatively quiet for a Saturday night. I want a clean room, a shower and nothing else. People were friendly. 」
