「The property is near the Avenida Liberdade. However, the room assigned to us was in the 3rd floor and the levator only goes up to the 2nd floor. I was not informed about this set-up. My 84 year old mom struggled to use the stairs from the 2nd to the 3rd floor. And also we have have big luggages and we have to pull it up the stairs.」

「Great property in a great location. Close to metro and many restaurants and businesses. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The place was clean. The a/c was cold. The welcome gift was a nice touch. And the blackout blinds were amazing! The only thing I would complain about was not getting refills on coffee and sugar when we ran out. It wasn’t a daily thing.
