「Normal room, staff cant speak english well but helpful. Provided bag keep but only leave in the corridor without care.」

「We traveled by car and this is the best choice for free parking and easy to get to city center by bus. There is kitchen inside and so we can cook our beakfast and enjoy it before our journey in Rome every day. The room is clean and the environment is safe and quiet. The pamphlet they provided is very helpful and staff at front desk are friendly and helpful as well」

「Good accommodation… basic but very clean. Everything you could want if you are just using the room to sleep and your main priority is to explore the city. No complaints. Did extensive research into accommodations and this was the most affordable and conveniently located. Definitely choose if you are prioritizing location over all the “hotel luxuries and amenities”. Nice staff too. Grazie Mille!」

「Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」

「Excellent location near Vatican and Metro line. Quite small overall with tight fit toilet and shower. No ice machine, no hair dryer in room, hidden window. Basics livable but definitely nothing special beyond location, which is.」

「The staff is very impolite and unhelpful. Firstly, the cleaning staff tried to break into our room while we are INSIDE the room. During check out time, like the exact minute of 10:00, the lady started to put her key in our door and tried to open it, without any knocking or confirming that we were not in the room. The hotel used physical keys so actually they must know are we in the room. She kept on trying to force the door to open until we open the door and tell her just give us a minute. She...

「Except the bathroom, everything is good. We stayed for three nights. It's very close to the Colosseo and we have walked around the Colosseo at night. 」

I came to Italy for my birthday. It was my mother’s first time in Italy, and she really enjoyed it. Mario and Veronica are such wonderful people; when my mother accidentally broke a glass, they didn’t blame her at all—instead, they were kind and concerned. I would love to stay here again. The room was clean, and the location—about a 10-minute walk from the station—made it...

「Antonio and his staff are super nice and polite. I was late for check-in on the first day and Antonio waited for my arrival patiently. The room and bed are spacious, new and clean. Location is good - 5 mins walk from metro. Overall the stay is a pleasant experience, as a solo traveler I feel bery safe to stay at this place and would definitely recommend it. The only downside is perhaps the traffic - there is some noise from traffic at night, a little bit of disturbance but bearable to me.」
