「This place is very new so everything is very clean. The room is very spacious and high very. Very well maintained and clean, everything was put together and plenty of space for your items. Bathrooms are very clean and has the necessary items, bath and body wash and hand soap. 2 toothbrushes a shower cap and 3 sizes of towels. 「The property itself was great and in a great location. The market was very close by which was great to grab things from and have food, snacks an water available. Once we figured out where the A/C unit was it was great to have that working cause June in Venice was a hot one :) The instructions did not match (nor the remote) the pictures they listed in their instruction manual. The downfall to the place was that it was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working. Lugging a 50lb suitcase up 2...

「Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」

「A very nice and beautiful hotel which is near vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Clean bed sheet. Nice staffs. Definitely great value. But far away from metro. You will need to take bus alot which is not a bad thing. But it would be difficult if you travel through metro to the hostel with all your luggage. 」

「The staff were so kind and helpful with so many recommendations around the area and beyond, calling a friend to find out dinner wait times to eat great carbonara, very speedy communication, cute property with a clean, air conditioned room for a reprieve from the heat and a little terrace where we played late night cards. Great proximity to Vatican, areas across the river and iconic spots. The beautiful court house is right next door and the neighborhood is off the beaten path of tourist mayhem....

「We loved staying here, Max was a wonderful host and the property was clean, equipped with everything we needed. The AC was very nice during the Roman heat wave. We loved the neighbourhood of Prati, lots of cafes and restaurants around. 100% would recommend staying here!」
