「Room was beautiful and clean with a fridge and water/coffee provided. Room looked to have been recently renovated, bed was very comfortable and we thought a steal for the price. We had booked the apartments on bocca di leone but were placed in a room in the apartments round the corner where reception is on via della Croce it’s only 2 min walk difference. 「This place is very new so everything is very clean. The room is very spacious and high very. Very well maintained and clean, everything was put together and plenty of space for your items. Bathrooms are very clean and has the necessary items, bath and body wash and hand soap. 2 toothbrushes a shower cap and 3 sizes of towels. There is a coffee machine, electric hot water kettle and 4 tea cups with spoons and sugar. The management is not on hand but will be there for your check in and they are...

「We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!」
